This policy explains how the Rewards Store operates, what coupons are, how they are redeemed and the rules that govern eligibility. By redeeming coins for rewards you agree to these terms in full.

How the Rewards Store Works

The Rewards Store is a catalogue of discount coupons and selected products, each priced in WyntriQ Coins. To redeem, you select an item and confirm the purchase at the listed coin price. The coupon code or voucher then appears in your account under your rewards history, ready for use.

Items are offered directly by WyntriQ or by third-party partners. Where an item involves a third-party partner, you use the coupon or voucher according to that partner’s own terms and conditions in addition to the rules described here. We clearly indicate whether an item is sourced from WyntriQ or a partner before you confirm any redemption.

What Coupons Are

Coupons and vouchers are promotional codes or links that provide a discount, free item or other stated benefit at a partner store. They are not cash equivalents, and they cannot be redeemed for coins or any other virtual currency. Each coupon carries its own terms — validity period, minimum spend, eligible products or categories and any geographic restrictions. Those specific terms always override any general claim found in the store listing.

• Coupons cannot be sold, transferred or combined unless the coupon terms explicitly permit it.
• Coupons must be used before their expiry date; expired coupons cannot be refunded, reinstated or exchanged for coins.
• Voiding a coupon before use, where the coupon terms allow it, is handled through the account rewards page.
• If a coupon is declined at a partner store, contact the partner first; WyntriQ cannot override third-party point-of-sale decisions.

Redemptions Are Final

Redemptions are generally final. When you confirm a coin purchase, the listed coin price is deducted immediately and a coupon code or voucher is issued to your account. There is no cash refund mechanism because no real money was spent. Coins have no monetary value and cannot be returned to a monetary balance. For exceptional circumstances, see our Refund Policy.

Fraud, Abuse and Reversals

WyntriQ may reverse or revoke rewards obtained through fraud, botting, multiple-account abuse or conduct that violates the Fair Play Policy. Affected accounts may have their balances corrected, rewards voided and access restricted. We will contact you where reasonably possible before taking any irreversible action.

Availability of Rewards

The Rewards Store catalogue changes regularly. Items may be added, removed or re-priced without advance notice. Coupons are subject to partner availability and may be withdrawn if a partner ends the promotion. WyntriQ does not guarantee that any specific item will be available at any given time.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where practicable, announced through in-app notice. Continued use of the Rewards Store after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
