Fair Play & Anti-Cheat Policy
WyntriQ exists to deliver a fun, trustworthy experience where every player competes on equal footing. This policy describes the standards we uphold, the behaviour we prohibit and the steps we take when those standards are breached. By using the platform you agree to uphold these principles yourself.
Our Commitment
Integrity is the foundation of every quiz, riddle and game on WyntriQ. We invest in automated detection, manual review and transparent enforcement so that honest players are always rewarded fairly. Our systems monitor scores, session behaviour and account patterns around the clock, and our team investigates every credible report of wrongdoing. The goal is simple: a level playing field where skill and knowledge determine every outcome.
Prohibited Activities
To protect all players, the following actions are strictly forbidden on WyntriQ:
- Automated play. Bots, scripts, browser extensions or any software that interacts with the platform on your behalf.
- Bug exploitation. Using a known or unknown defect to gain an unintended advantage or earn coins outside normal gameplay.
- Collusion. Coordinating with other players to manipulate contest outcomes, inflate scores or farm referral bonuses.
- Multiple accounts. Operating more than one account per person to exploit sign-up rewards, referral systems or leaderboard positions.
- Account trading. Selling, buying or sharing accounts, or exchanging virtual coins and rewards for real-world value.
- Reward farming. Repeating actions in a manipulative or non-genuine manner solely to accumulate coins.
- Reverse-engineering. Decompiling, disassembling or tampering with the platform’s code, data or communication protocols.
- Harassment. Intimidating, bullying or threatening any other user or staff member.
Detection & Enforcement
WyntriQ runs continuous automated monitoring alongside manual reviews triggered by player reports. When potential violations surface, the process works as follows:
- Initial review. Our systems flag anomalous behaviour patterns for human verification.
- Investigation. The account may be temporarily restricted while evidence is gathered from server logs and gameplay data.
- Action. Depending on severity, outcomes include a written warning, temporary suspension, coin deduction or permanent ban.
- Notification. The account holder is informed of the decision and the reasoning behind it.
- Appeal. You may contest any decision by emailing wyntriq@gmail.com with relevant details.
Serious infractions — such as hacking, large-scale exploitation or coordinated fraud — may lead to immediate permanent termination without prior warning.
Reporting Violations
If you witness unfair play, cheating or any breach of this policy, please report it promptly. Email wyntriq@gmail.com with the username(s) involved, a description of what happened, and any screenshots or timestamps you can provide. All reports are handled confidentially and investigated thoroughly.
When reporting, please describe the incident as specifically as possible. Vague reports such as "someone is cheating" take longer to investigate than reports that name the mode, the approximate time and the behaviour observed. You can also submit reports about repeated rule-breakers; repeated reports about the same account are a strong signal for our enforcement team.
Our team reviews gameplay data, score timestamps and account patterns before acting, so well-documented reports are resolved faster and more accurately.
Fair play is a shared responsibility. By keeping your account secure, playing honestly and reporting bad actors, you help ensure WyntriQ remains enjoyable for everyone. New players can get started on the right foot by reading our game rules and How It Works guide.
