This Reward & Coupon Policy governs how virtual coins are earned, how they are spent, and how coupons are issued and redeemed on the WyntriQ platform. By using WyntriQ you agree to the terms outlined here. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Virtual Coins

WyntriQ uses virtual coins as an in-platform currency. These coins can be earned through various activities on the platform, including but not limited to daily login rewards, winning games and matches, completing achievements and milestones, referring new users to the platform, and participating in special promotions and events.

Virtual coins have no real-world cash value. They are strictly for use within the WyntriQ platform and cannot be exchanged, transferred or redeemed for real currency, goods or services outside of the platform. WyntriQ reserves the right to adjust, deduct or revoke virtual coin balances at its sole discretion in cases of fraud, abuse or violation of the platform’s terms and policies.

Earning Coins

There are multiple always-free ways to earn virtual coins on WyntriQ:

• Daily login: log in every day to claim your daily bonus. Consecutive logins yield progressively higher rewards.
• Winning games: earn coins by winning matches in contests, tournaments and multiplayer games.
• Achievements: complete specific in-game milestones and achievements to unlock bonus coin rewards.
• Referrals: invite friends to join WyntriQ and earn referral bonuses when they sign up and become active users.
• Promotions: participate in special promotional events, seasonal campaigns and limited-time challenges to earn extra coins.
• Leaderboards: climb the leaderboard rankings to earn weekly and monthly reward bonuses.

Spending Coins

Virtual coins earned on WyntriQ can be used for:

• Contest entry: use coins to enter paid contests and competitions across various games.
• Tournament fees: pay entry fees for competitive tournaments with cumulative coin pools.
• Premium features: unlock premium features, exclusive game modes and enhanced in-game items using your coins.

Coupons

WyntriQ may issue coupons that provide discounts, bonuses or other benefits on the platform or at partner stores.

How to Obtain Coupons

Coupons may be distributed through promotional campaigns, special events, admin-issued rewards for exceptional performance or loyalty, referral programme bonuses, and participation in surveys or feedback programmes.

Redemption Process

To redeem a coupon, enter the coupon code in the designated redemption section of your WyntriQ account. Once submitted, the coupon will be processed and the associated benefit applied to your account. Processing times are typically within 24 hours, though during high-traffic periods it may take slightly longer.

Limits & Expiry

• Daily and monthly redemption limits may apply. Check the specific terms of each coupon for details.
• Each coupon has an expiry date specified at the time of issue. Coupons cannot be extended beyond their expiration date.
• Unused or expired coupons will not be replaced, refunded or reinstated.

General Coupon Terms

Coupons are non-transferable and can only be used by the account to which they were issued. WyntriQ reserves the right to revoke coupons at any time if misuse or abuse is detected. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the coupon terms.

Fraud & Abuse

WyntriQ maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud and abuse. All coin earnings and coupon redemptions are subject to review and verification. Redemptions and coin credits may be rejected or reversed if any of the following is detected:

• Creation or use of multiple accounts to exploit rewards.
• Use of bots, scripts or automated tools to earn coins or redeem coupons.
• Exploitation of bugs, glitches or loopholes in the reward system.
• Collusion with other users to manipulate game outcomes or rewards.
• Any other activity deemed fraudulent or abusive by WyntriQ.

WyntriQ reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent behaviour. Any coins or benefits obtained through fraud or abuse will be revoked without notice.

Changes to This Policy

WyntriQ reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
