Community Guidelines

WyntriQ is built on the principles of respect, fairness and fun. These guidelines exist to ensure that every player can enjoy the platform without fear of harassment, abuse or dishonest conduct. By participating in the WyntriQ community you agree to follow the standards set out here.

Community Values

We are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where every user feels valued. Friendly competition, constructive feedback and mutual respect are the cornerstones of the WyntriQ experience. Disagreements are natural, but they should always be handled with courtesy.

Username Policy

Your username represents your identity on WyntriQ. To maintain a respectful community:

• Usernames must not contain offensive, vulgar, hateful or discriminatory language.
• Usernames must not impersonate other individuals, celebrities, brands or WyntriQ staff members.
• Usernames must not be used to promote external services, products or websites.
• WyntriQ reserves the right to change or remove any username that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

Expected Behaviour

All users are expected to interact with others in a respectful and constructive manner. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, bullying, intimidation or threats directed at any user.
• Spamming, posting unsolicited advertising or engaging in promotional activity without authorisation.
• Hate speech, discriminatory language or content that promotes violence or hatred against any group or individual.
• Sharing or promoting sexual, explicit or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Deliberately misleading other players or providing false information in a harmful context.

We encourage friendly competition. Win with grace, lose with dignity and remember that every opponent on the other side of the screen is a real person.

Referral Abuse

Our referral programme rewards users who invite genuine new members to the platform. The following activities constitute referral abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referrals, including creating new accounts to refer yourself.
• Referral farming through the creation of multiple fake or duplicate accounts.
• Using automated tools or scripts to generate referrals.
• Offering incentives to others for fake sign-ups.

Violations of the referral programme will result in the immediate removal of all referral rewards and may lead to temporary or permanent account suspension.

Exploitation

WyntriQ provides features and tools for entertainment and fair competition. Using these features in unintended ways undermines the experience for everyone. The following are prohibited:

• Exploiting platform features for purposes other than their intended use.
• Manipulating leaderboards, contests or rankings through unfair means.
• Circumventing platform limits, restrictions or security measures.
• Using bugs or glitches to gain advantages not intended by the platform.

If you discover a bug or vulnerability, please report it to wyntriq@gmail.com rather than exploiting it. Responsible disclosure is appreciated and may be rewarded.

Consequences

Violations of these Community Guidelines will result in actions proportional to the severity of the offence. Consequences may include:

• A formal warning for minor or first-time infractions.
• Temporary restrictions on specific features or capabilities of the platform.
• Account suspension for repeated or serious violations.
• Permanent ban for severe violations or persistent disregard for these guidelines.

WyntriQ reserves the right to determine the severity of violations and apply appropriate consequences. Serious violations, such as hate speech, threats or large-scale exploitation, may result in immediate permanent account termination.
