Coin Policy

This Coin Policy governs WyntriQ Coins, the free virtual currency that powers game entries, tournament tickets and Rewards Store redemptions on the platform. By using coins you acknowledge and accept the terms described here.

What Coins Are

WyntriQ Coins are virtual points for participation on the platform. They are not money, cryptocurrency or any form of financial instrument. Specifically:

New accounts start with 1,000 coins. Balances grow through daily login bonuses, winning challenges, achievements, referrals and tournament prizes as described in How Rewards Work.

Earning and Spending

Coins are spent in exactly two ways: paying the entry fee for a game, tournament or contest round, and redeeming Rewards Store items at their listed coin price. Entry fees and payout multiples for every activity are shown clearly before you commit, so there are never surprise deductions.

Coins are earned through regular gameplay and platform participation. Because every coin enters the system free of charge, there is nothing to refund and no financial loss is possible. Full redemption mechanics are documented in the Reward Policy.

What Coins Are Not

Coins are not a currency, deposit, wager, stake or balance that can be cashed out. WyntriQ has no deposit mechanism and no money-in system at all. There is no way to add real money to your account, and therefore no way to withdraw it. If you are ever asked to pay money to "add coins" or "unlock withdrawals," you are not dealing with WyntriQ — report the incident via our contact page.

Adjustments and Corrections

We may adjust coin economics, correct balances affected by detected bugs or revise reward structures with reasonable notice where practicable. Coin balances are a usage metric of an entertainment service — they are not savings, deposits or private property. No player has a right to a specific coin balance, and WyntriQ is not liable for balance changes made in good faith to correct errors or maintain fair play.

How to Check Your Balance

Your current coin balance is always visible in your account dashboard, alongside your rewards history and recent transactions. If you believe your balance is incorrect, check your recent game entries and redemptions first — most questions are explained by a contest entry or Rewards Store purchase. If a discrepancy remains, email wyntriq@gmail.com with a brief description and any relevant timestamps, and our team will reconcile the balance against server logs.

Because coins have no monetary value, a balance correction never represents a financial loss to the player. Corrections are made purely to keep the entertainment economy fair for everyone.
