Are WyntriQ coins real money?
No. Coins are virtual points that exist only inside your WyntriQ account. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold or exchanged for cash, and are purely a way to join games and claim coupons. Think of them as a scorekeeping layer for play, not a financial instrument.
Do I have to pay anything to play?
Never. WyntriQ is completely free to play. New accounts receive 1,000 starter coins and there are ongoing ways to earn more coins at no cost, including daily login bonuses, achievements and referral rewards. There is no deposit mechanism anywhere in the product.
What happens if I run out of coins?
Daily login bonuses, achievements, referral rewards and free-event promotions replenish your balance over time, so a low balance is always temporary. You can also participate in free-entry contests to rebuild your coin store without spending any existing balance.
How do coupons from the Rewards Store work?
You exchange coins for a coupon at its listed price, receive the coupon code or voucher in your account, and follow its terms at the partner store. Each coupon has its own expiry date and usage conditions. The full process is described in our Reward Policy and Reward & Coupon Policy.
Can I withdraw coins or turn them into cash?
No. There is no deposit or cash-out mechanism anywhere in the product — you cannot put money in, therefore there is nothing to take out. If a site ever asks you to pay money to "unlock withdrawals," it is not WyntriQ. Report it via our contact page immediately.
How are scores and leaderboard rankings decided?
Rankings are decided by score first. Where players finish level, achieving the score earlier ranks higher, followed by fewer rounds played — rewarding efficiency. Results violating our Fair Play policy are voided before settlement.
What kinds of games are on WyntriQ?
The platform focuses on quizzes, guess-the-word riddles and word games like Anagram Blitz, Word Chain and Word Wizard, alongside a small selection of casual multiplayer titles. All activities reward you with virtual coins, never with real-money wagering.
Who can use WyntriQ?
WyntriQ is a free entertainment service for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and accounts found to belong to minors are closed.
How do I report cheating or a bug?
If you witness unfair play or discover a bug, email us at wyntriq@gmail.com with a description, any screenshots or timestamps, and the username(s) involved. All reports are investigated confidentially. Responsible bug disclosure is appreciated and may be rewarded.
